So what is Anchored?

Several years ago, CCC wanted to create a weekend retreat where our church family could spend a dedicated time together, time with their families and time with God. It's a weekend where we spend several days focused on God, learning about Him, having fun together, singing with one another, fun together, enjoying great meals, time with your family...did we mention fun together?!

Ridgecrest Conference Center is a beautiful conference center located just outside of Asheville, NC on I-40. Enjoy the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina, Ridgecrest’s 1,200 acres invite you to leave your cares at the gate. Come enjoy their incredible facilities, rustic lodging, and easy walks to the different meeting locations across the campus.

Deluxe hotels, Mountain Laurel Inn and Rhododendron, offer comfortable hotel accommodations and amenities such as hair dryers, in-room irons and ironing boards, coffeemakers and complimentary wireless internet throughout the building.

Standard hotels such as Pritchell and Maple offer in-room irons and ironing boards as well as complimentary wireless internet, providing guests with economical options. Ridgecrest's varied lodging options also include Walnut and Royal Gorge, perfect for families and youth trips.

Ridgecrest's accommodations support a purpose greater than simply a place to sleep. Our mission is to point guests toward a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. For this reason, Ridgecrest does not have televisions in guest rooms. However, televisions are available in select fellowship areas throughout the campus.

Ridgecrest's Dining Room offers three nutritious buffet-style meals daily* and is centrally located within Rhododendron assuring attendees a very short walk from virtually every lodging venue. The dining room includes eight serving lines to accommodate large groups quickly and efficiently.
The spacious Dining Room seats well over 800 people. Five foot round tables as well as eight foot rectangular tables are utilized providing guests with a comfortable setting for fellowship and conversation.
