Anchored Details
We are so excited that you and your family have chosen to join us for Anchored 2023! We believe that God has some amazing things in store for you, your family, this church, and the Sumter community. We cannot wait to see what this weekend does for each of you.
As we get prepped for next weekend, here are a couple of things for you all to note as we prepare.
Payment:
Reminder, if you have ONLY paid a deposit then your remaining costs go like this : For a couple, it’s $150 remaining, for a family of 3 it’s $200 remaining, and for a family of 4 or more it’s $250 remaining. If you ONLY paid a deposit, please CLICK HERE, and you will be connected to Pushpay to finish your payment.

Schedule:
Our night begins next Friday, March 3rd at 5:30 PM for dinner. We realize not everyone will make it for dinner and that’s okay. You and your family are welcome to join us for dinner, but we realize with work and other schedules that may not be possible. Our first session on Friday night will begin at 7:30PM. Once you arrive at camp, you will go the main front desk and check in to receive your room. You will then be met by someone from our Anchored Team to help give you instructions on where to go, what’s going on and where you need to be when. You will also receive a schedule for the entire weekend at check-in, along with a camp map and some other things to help you navigate the weekend.
For those who are early birds, registration will open at 4 PM. You can arrive then, check in, get settled, walk around the camp and see the beauty around. It should make for an incredible way to kick off the weekend.
Packing:
As you plan to pack, here are some helpful pointers.
1. If you have smaller children who require portable cribs or pack n plays, you will need to bring your own from home. Please make sure to pack that as you plan to depart.
2. All linens will be provided in each room for you and your family. All sheets, blankets, towels will be in your room as you arrive. You will need to pack all necessary toiletry items, but do not feel the need to pack any linens.
3. On Saturday night, we will be having a HOEDOWN to end our time together and we invite you to pack all the Western, cowboy, cowgirl gear you have and join us for a fun night with your families. We will have games, music, snacks, some dancing, and some good ol’ fashioned fun as the night ends.
4. The weather over next weekend, as projected now, looks very nice. Highs are in the mid to high 50’s with lows getting down to mid 30’s. Please pack accordingly. Rain is possible for Friday. That may change between now and next weekend. Please just make note as you pack.
